Sir William Henry Wills, Lord Winterstoke (1830-1911), was the first chairman of Imperial Tobacco. He was from the wealthy Bristol tobacco importing Wills family.

In 1904 Wills gave the people of Bristol the gift of the Bristol City Museum and Art Gallery.

When he died in 1911 Wills' estate was worth UK£2,548,209

William was brother of Henry Overton Wills III, first chancellor of the University of Bristol.
