Victor LiVictor Li Tzar-kuoi (李澤鉅), Hong Kong-based businessman with Canadian citizenship, is son of tycoon and billionaire Li Ka-shing. Once kidnapped by Cheung Tze-keung, AKA "Big Spender". He was released after the world record payment of a US$134 million ransom in cash. Cheung was later captured and executed in mainland China in 2000.
