Takushoku UniversityTakushoku University (拓殖大学 Takushoku Daigaku, abbreviated as 拓大 Takudai) was founded in 1900 by Prince Taro Katsura. Originally it was named the Taiwan Association School, and was founded to produce graduates to contribute to the development of Taiwan. It was renamed to Takushoku University in 1918.
