Sabri Brothers

The Sabri Brothers were a musical group consisting of Haji Maqbool Ahmed Sabri and Haji Ghulaam Fareed Mehmood Ghaznavi Sabri. They were praised by the sensitive and masterily performed qawwalis showing the beautiest traditions of sufism. There was a great emphasis on the revealing of the poetry of the khwajagan like Amir Khusro, Maulana Rumi or Omar Khayyam.
