Overdose

Overdose is a medical term which describes the action of consuming an excessive amount of a drug. See drug overdose.

Such an action will result in side effects such as:

• sweating
• high blood pressure
• headache
• migraine
• confusion
• vertigo
• nausea
• vomiting
• death (in the case of suicide this effect is intentional; the lethal dose is an "overdose" only with respect to the regular applications of the drug)
