Otelu Rosu
GeneralOtelu Rosu is a town in southwestern Romania (Caras-Severin county) on the Bistra river. It is situated on the D.N. 68 (national road), connecting Caransebeş, which is 15 km away, to Hateg. HistoryThe Ferdinand name did not please the communist and they changed it to Otelu Rosu (red steel) in order to underline its metallurgic enterprise.
