North West England

North West England is one of the regions of England. It is one of the two regions (along with Yorkshire and the Humber) that are expected to have a referendum about the establishment of an elected regional assembly. The North East region of England recently rejected having an elected regional assembly in a referendum. The referendums in this region and in the Yorkshire and the Humber region are currently on hold pending the evaluation of all-postal balloting.
