Nikolayevsk-na-AmureNikolayevsk-na-Amure is a town located on the northern bank of the Amur river. HistoryThe area was originally part of imperial China and consisted of the town of Miaojie (庙街). After China lost the Second Opium War, the area was ceded to Russia under the 1858 Aigun Treaty and 1860 Treaty of Peking.
