Public holidays in Wales are simply the Bank Holidays of the United Kingdom that apply there. Note that Bank Holidays in Wales coincide exactly with those of England (both having differences from those in Scotland and Northern Ireland). The following table gives the Welsh names of the Bank Holidays alongside their English names. Easter Sunday, although not a Bank Holiday, is in Welsh: "Sul y Pasg".
