Jim DobbinJames Dobbin (born 26 May 1941) is a politician in the United Kingdom, and member of Parliament for Heywood and Middleton since 1997. He is a member of the Labour and Co-operative Parties, and before entering Parliament had been leader of Rochdale Council.
