Jewish Council for Public AffairsJewish Council for Public Affairs, JCPA, is self described as "the representative voice of the organized American Jewish community". It attempts to formulate a cohesive policy that all major Jewish organizations can accept. The JCPA is a partnership of national groups, local and community relations councils, and Jewish federations. JCPS'a agenda includes formulation a communal position on the State of Israel, Equal opportunity for Americans, social justice, energy, the evironment and public health, funding for public versus private schools, and a host of other issues.
