Gujrat

Gujrat is a city in Pakistan located in the Punjab province. It is often confused with the Indian state of Gujarat.

Ahmed Khalfan Ghailani, an Al-Qaida member who was accused of conspiring in the 1998 U.S. embassy bombings, was arrested in Gujrat on July 25, 2004. His arrest was announced on July 29.
