Gottlob BergerGottlob Berger (July 16 1896 - 1975) was a German SS general during World War Two. From 1940, he was Chief of Staff for the military SS and head of the SS main leadership office. He was convicted in the Nuremberg trials for his role in the murder of European Jews and sentenced to 25 years in prison. He was released in 1951.
