BrajBraj dialect or Brajbhasha is a dialect of Hindi language, spoken in Uttar Pradesh. Braj is spoken in Mathura, Vrindavan, Agra, Aligarh, Bareli, Bulandhshahar and Dhaulpur. It has a very sweet tone. Much of the Hindi literature was developed in Braj in the medieval period. However, today Khari dialect has taken its place. Categories: Dialects of Hindi |
