Bomfunk MC sThe Bomfunk MCs are a Finnish hip hop/house act, formed in 1998. Their debut recording was 1999's "Freestyler", a hit in their native land. By 2000, "Freestyler" spread and became the biggest-selling single in Europe, especially in Denmark and Germany, although it also reached number one in Ireland and number two in the UK. Also in 2000, they won Best Nordic Act at the MTV Europe Music Awards. In 2002, they released the Burnin' Sneakers album spawning the singles Super Electric, Live Your Life, and Something Going On. In september 2002, DJ Gismo decided to leave the band, being promptly replaced by Riku Pentti (DJ) and Okke Kuomolainen (keyboards). After they joined, they released a special remix of Back To Back. In 2004, the Reverse Psychology album was released, preceded by the single No Way In Hell. In the autumn that year they had a hit with another song from that album, the single Hypnotic featuring Elens Mady . Members: DiscographySingles
