Albania at the 2004 Summer Olympics is represented by the National Olympic Committee of Albania and is abbreviated ALB. 13 athletes from Albania compete in 5 sports in Athens, Greece.

The 2004 games are Albania's 4th appearance in the Olympics. Albania first competed in 1972. The athletes at the 2004 games are attempting to win Albania's first Olympic medal.

"Hymni i Flamurit" ("Hymn to the Flag"), Albania's anthem, will be played if an Albanian athlete wins a gold medal. Klodiana Shala was the flag bearer for the opening ceremony.
